Okay, have you used it in the past with success?
Is it a separate num-pad on the laptop, or is it the "embedded" keypad in
the area where letter/number keys are located?

maybe i made mistake in using "NumPad". it's not an external keyboard.
it's the numerick keypad of my laptop keyboard.
