Chris, JAWS+Q should say "Sibelius Access settings are loaded". If you're hearing "Default settings" then the scripts haven't been loaded, unless something very strange is going on. A couple of things to try: 1. Go to Start > Programs > JAWS (X) > Explore JAWS > Explore Shared Settings And check that the Sibelius scripts are there. If you have multiple versions of JAWS, make sure that you check the version of JAWS which you use with Sibelius. 2. Check that you are running Sibelius 5.2.
