Kevin,

I forgot to mention two keystrokes that will help here.

Press Y to move the playback line to the selection without starting
playback.
Press CONTROL+Y to select the item at the start of the bar containing the
playback line.

The Y keystroke is provided by Sibelius but the CONTROL+Y feature is one I
added. It may be possible to fine tune this feature so that it selects the
item closest to the playback line, but I'd need to experiment with it first.

As for the voice navigation, selecting the first item in the bar of the new
voice was purely a matter of expediency. it would be better if the item in
the new voice was as close as possible to the item in the old voice, I'll
see what I can do.

Dan,
This is something of a Sibelius deficiency. Remember that I was
talking last night about the seeming inability to navigate to a place where
a wrong note had been played in an otherwise successful Flexi-Time
performance. Apparently, the best way to do that is to do the following:
1. When you hear your mistake, stop Flexi-Time with the space bar.
2. Press CTRL F6 to learn the stop point of playback in bars and beats.
3. Press F6 to learn where your selection insertion point is.
4. Use the Alt E B command to go to bar. This will put you in the
beginning of the bar where your mistake happened.
4. arrow to the desired wrong note and alter as desired. It would be cool
if it were easier to get to the bogus note but..
Also remember that if you r note is in a voice other than 1, you'll need to
shift alt down arrow tot hat voice. Also remember that when you are on a
chord, moving between voices always moves you to the downbeat of 1 in that
bar for that voice.
