[sib-access] Create Bars

Hi, it's Annabelle.
I know there are keys for creating a single bar, a bar at the end, and other
bars, but how would I create bars and put them at the beginning of a score.
Every time I try the Alt+B, it creates however many bars I want it to, but
it somehow puts the empty bars after the first bar where there's music. How
do I fix that, to where it can ask me where in the score I want to put the
bars?
