to answer your questions:
1.  Gord was able to register his copy of Sibelius using a combination of NVDA, 
JAWS OCR and hard work.  There are no scripts for Sibelius 7.51 with JaWS.  
Also, when navigating a score with JaWS, I seem to recall Gord saying that the 
notes being spoken are one event behind the cursor position.  I'm not prepared 
to say what JaWS would do in the Mixer.  I think it's still completely 
inaccessible.  You're welcome to combine screen readers and see what you get.  
Feel free to report back with results.

2.  future versions of Sibelius may run under screen readers such as Mac's 
VoiceOver.  but I have no official information on that at this time.
