Hi Claudio!

How do you write fingering in a piano score?

Regards,

Beccy.

Hi Gord,
If you have loaded a piano score in the edit menu you have an item, that
allows you to ad fingering to your score. They will also be included in the
XML file. In future releases you will also be able to ad other annotation to
your score like a sighted person would do it, when learning a new piece. You
are right, there are many things, which have to be done, especially
concerning Braille rules. For example: Slurs over more than three notes. The
slur sign should be doubled after the first note and rewritten once before
the last note that is slured. Another fix, that will be done soon, is that
actually the reading direction of chords isn't implemented correctly, when
the right hand plays in the bass clef. The great thing about Freedots is,
that it can import even very huge XML files. Where lime and goodfeel exceeds
everything concerning Braille transcription, Freedots exceeds Lime
concerning XML import. Consider at the moment Freedots as an aditional tool.
Regards
Claudio
