[SI-LIST] to calculate the cell leakage power

Hi All,
I am new to HSPICE.
I have to calculate the "cell leakage power" for the Inverter cell. What are
the options/initial conditions we need to set to do this analysis?
I tried DC analysis of this circuit with steady-state voltages at the inputs
to the cell but results are very different from expected value.
Any help/examples would be highly appreciated.
