Hello, Rozina,

The NMOS level=3D4 model equations do not contain/use these parameters.
So these "isfet" parameters will be ignored by HSPICE.

I'm new in ISFET biosensor area. I try make a simple circuit and doing
simulation to study isfet behaviour ( for ex: Ids Vs Vgs and etc.) using
T-Spice and H-spice. But, during simulation, i've got warning statements
like this:

so, i hope anybody can help me by giving some explanation what the
problem is about or other knowledge about ISFET model. Is it true that
when we want to simulate for other pH value, we just change the value of
Zph?..am i right?...
