[SI-LIST] length of 10Gig traces on FR4

Does anyone have any program/code which can be used to see the eye diagram
after sending 10gig data over different material, most notabely FR4 and Rogers.

Failing that, is there a rule of thumb/formula which tells you how long a trace
you can handle, given the loss tangent and skin effects. I know this is not a
fair question since it depends a lot on rise time and receiver sensitivities
thats why an eye diagram is better but still some rule of thumbs for 10gig
speeds will be very welcome

thanks a lot
