Hi All,
First: Last call for my fun and informative class at the end of this month,
July 30-Aug 1. Here is the link:
http://emcesd.com/bcsem_hfmeas.htm
The material is unique, mostly from my research on how to get electronic
designs to work, and FUN! I deliver a very lively presentation and we have lots
of experiments to do on live circuits. The latest one added is on issues with
wireless power transfer, but there are many others. If you like hands-on kind
of settings, you will like this presentation.
For about the same cost as other three day classes, your lodging is included as
are most meals and an Amazon tablet computer, and a couple of hours of private,
complimentary consulting. This makes the seminar very low cost.
There is one spot open, and one other that is tentatively taken but could open
up. Total attendance is limited to six people. I don't make much money of such
as small class, but it will be the best you have ever taken.
----------
I have done a lot of work in getting analog circuits to perform over the years.
Below are three articles I posted on my website (http://dsmith.org ;) that bear
on things designers often do wrong with opamps. The first two links describe
design issues I solved in the mid 1980s but are still posing problems for
designers today. The third link is a procedure I came up with to find weak
spots in a design with respect to radiated immunity. It works quickly, well,
and is particularly good at finding problems if you did not implement
suggestions from the first two links.
