[SI-LIST] alternate subscribe/unsubscribe method for si-list

Just to let everyone know, there is now an alternate way to subscribe,
unsubscribe, set vacation mode, unset vacation mode, set digest mode
and unset digest mode.
In addition to sending the commands via e-mail to
si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx you may also use the web based form at
//www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list to accomplish these
administrative tasks as well.

si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field
For help:
si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field
