IEEE 802.3ba XLAUI/CAUI do include electrical specifications.
OIF CEI is also working on 25/28G SR and VSR (short and very short 
reach) specifications.
VSR is likely to be used on 100G modules configured with 4x25Gbps 
interfaces.
