John: I agree with Steve that SiSoft is an excellent place to start. Have one of their SI expert make a presentation to your key staff on SI support to your organization. There is nothing easy about making embedded microcontrollers functional at high speeds in hostile environments. It takes considerable talent in benign environments. SI tools are very powerful but have a steep learning curve. Using consultants such as SiSoft will not only get you to market faster it will be cheaper than the tools. We have all the tools and still use key consultants when necessary. I do SI here at Lockheed martin in San Jose. SiSoft's web-site should be useful to you for that. Good luck, Steve.
