Try looking at "Digital Integrated Circuits" 2nd ed. 2002 by Jan Rabaey I used the 1st ed. in school and found it to be a good text. I've looked through the new book and it seams to be even better. =20 Frank Paglia Hardware Design Engineer (Signal Intergrty) Intel(r) Corporation=20 -----Original Message----- From: si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Boris Foelsch Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 2004 9:20 AM To: si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [SI-LIST] Re: VLSI design text book I have the same two books you mentioned and I've recently gotten the Baker/Li/Boyce (IEEE press / Wiley) "CMOS Circuit Design Layout and Simulation" book. 1998 may not be sufficiently up to date, but I like this one better than the other two. It's fairly in depth and covers a broader set of topics as well. I haven't seen the new Weste/Eshraghian edition. I also note the Weste/Eshraghian has a newer addition, October, 1994.
