Sorry for something like advertisement but I hope
this information answers to the question from Bob.

We are about to release a new product, HspiceXT/RF,
which has many new features including S parameters
related ones such as,

1. a command (.lin) which generates multiport S parameters,
group delay, 2 port noise parameters by given netlist
and outputs to Avant! S element format, TouchStone format
and/or Citifile format.

2. S element (capable for DC/AC/Tran/HB/HPAC) which
reads any of these 3 formats directly.

If you are interested in, please contact Avant!
