[SI-LIST] Using S-parameter files in HSPICE

Hi! I had a question as to how to incorporate
S-parameter files in Hspice. I understand in time
domain you extract RLGC based on the geometry and then
include it as an interconnect between the output node
of driver & input node of receiver. But how do you
specify frequency domain data.
