Goutham,
A quick calculation on my field solver shows that any of the following
geometries will give you approximately 100 ohms differential impedance.  I
recommend confirming this with TDR measurement on the finished card, since
one can expect large variations in impedance due to absence of a
ground/power plane.

          12 mil wide traces with 6 mils trace to trace separation

          8 mil wide traces with 5 mils trace to trace separation

Hi,

     I am designing a two layer PCB. There is no continuous plane.
How to calculate differential trace impedance, can any one suggest?
My requirement is 100ohm differential impedance and 63mil board height.
