Hi All
When I determine the trace width of a 50 ohm single ended signals in
the package, what frequency should I consider?
Say, my signal operates at a fundamental frequency of 1GHz. In the package,
should I determine the trace width at 1GHz or some particular harmonic of
the fundamental frequency or should I look at the rise time?
