On section 7, you mentioned that pressfit has very low contact resistance.
Could you share some actual measured data on some example connector types you
looked at? I am curious to know what the actual range is and how it compares to
solder TH.

As far as I know, through-hole connectors require wave soldering, which is
highly undesirable for manufacturing reasons. Press-fit process is reliable,
repeatable and high yield.
From a design perspective, I couldn't not find any good study on the joint
reliability, connectivity and other performance metrics comparing these two.
Any thoughts?
