[SI-LIST] Suggestions for modeling a loaded TEM cell?

Anyone have any suggestions for modeling programs (preferably open
source/free) for modeling the introduction of EUTs of various
sizes/compositions into a TEM cell of known geometry? I'm expecting this is
best done with an FDTD code like LC or a hybrid code of some sort.

Your wisdom is appreciated!

With respect,

Brent G DeWitt
