Subject: [SI-LIST] SI Simulation of GHz signals
Hi Clifford,
I just finished a similar high speed task using Sigrity's SPEED2000.
I am also familiar with the high speed analysis short-comings of
Hyperlynx and SpectraQuest.
Corresponding S-Parameters can be generated by PowerSI and converted
into Spice models by BBS, which I did many times successfully.
