Hi Bala,

10 Ohm is stronger than 10 KOhm... Actually 0 ohm is strongest. Because
if you have provided a zero ohm pull up to VCC on a pin then no matter
what you do you cannot bring that pin to 0V (unless you short VCC & GND
and burn the chip).

I have come across the below site,and on the third bullet,there is one

'stronger'.I don't understand what 'stronger' resistor is?For example, i
know that 10K ohm is higher than 10ohm,but which one is stronger 10ohm
or 10
*k*Ohm.Kindly clarify.The site says 10ohm is stronger..am i right?
