Hi all,
I am curious to know why do we use stitching capacitor when non GND
reference is there.
how do we select the value of these capacitors?
How much dielectric thickness should at least be there wrt GND ref to avoid
the effect of non GND reference to high-speed signals?
If we have enough dielectric thickness, do we still need capacitor?
