[SI-LIST] Stackup Suggestion for E1 transportor card

Hi all,
 
I would like to  have your valuable suggestion regarding this Stackup.
This is basically a E1 transportor Card ( Telecom Application)

GND

Layer -3  ( E1 2M clocks , 100Mhz clk, 133Mhz clk, 60Mhz clk)
Layer- 4   (Others signals)
PWR         Complete plane

Layer-7  (E1 2M clocks , 100Mhz clk, 133Mhz clk, 60Mhz clk, 60Mhz Bus,GMII)

Stackup is done withrespect to 50 Ohm( 5mils width) impedance for single ended 
signal
and 100 ohm for differential (5mil with 8 mil spacing)
