Siva,
If you have not done so, you should download a version of
s2ibis2 that has full source code, mainly for the documentation
and example files. You can still use any executable you feel
is best. Upon simulation failure one will usually run the
simulation manually on the .spi file that s2ibis2 has created.
This combined with the s2ibis2 documentation may help you
detect what is wrong.
