[SI-LIST] impedance calculation

Hello,
I have a huge inverter in CMOS inside the chip. The inverter acts as a
buffer and is driven by a clock source running at a GHz.
I need to measure the output impedance of the inverter. So that I can
match this with the impedance of the PCB trace going to the SMA connector.
Can anyone help me in determing how to calculate the output impedance of
the Inverter? I am using Spice for the simulation.
