Bob,

Molex also has a nifty top launch surface mount SMA that has incredible 
characteristics. I've used them for card launches quite successfully. 
With a little magic supplied by Dave Dunham of Molex you can achieve 
near zero impedance discontinuity at the launch and bandwidths of 18 
GHz.  They're perfect for test card applications.
