Hi Nitin,

Cadence Allegro PCB SI (SPECCTRAQuest) tools can do exactly what you are
looking for.
Extract the simulation model from layout, simulate, modify the topology
(add or delete vias, change trace model parameters, use different IBIS
models, make modifications to termination, etc.) resimulate and
implement modification into the layout.=20

You may goto http://www.cadence.com/products/si_pk_bd/index.aspx and
click on Allegro PCB SI in the right hand Product area of the website to
read more about this solution.

Best Regards=20

Subject: [SI-LIST] SI Simulation post layout

Hello,

Is there a tool that would allow me to simulate post layout design with
greater flexibility to analyze nets, edit nets and see its effect on the
integrity of the signal?

Hyper-lynx doesn't allow me to cut nets or stubs and see its effect on =
=3D
the signal. Every change intended needs to be incorporated in the layout
and =3D then translated into hyper-lynx to be re-simulated.

I appreciate your time and any leads.

Thanks
Nitin Sood.
