Hello Zakir, Is it possible for you to contact your local Cadence AE to get through these issues? Please contact me offline if your AE is not able to assist you. Thanks, Ambrish. -----Original Message----- From: si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of si Sent: Monday, April 29, 2013 10:48 AM To: Ravinder.Ajmani@xxxxxxxx Cc: si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [SI-LIST] Re: Reg: Ibis5 to dml conversion Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi Ravinder, Thanks a lot for your feedback. But still I have some problem in translating the ibis5 to dml. I can put the ami model once I translate the ibis model. But I am unable to translate the IBIS5 model in Cadence 16.6 also. I hope some editing is needed and still I am unable to success. If you suggest me the steps to convert into dml, it will be very helpful for me. Also, I install hotfix but I don't know how to use this hotfix and where to install. Is there any relation with cadence installation directory or can be installed anywhere? Please give me some more detailed explanation. Thanks in advance for your time. Model Integrity will then be able to translate the model in to .dml format. I suggest using ver. 16.6 instead of 16.5. According to comments in cadence community forum, I have downloaded the latest hotfix and install in my system. But still I am unable to convert into dml files. I hope we need to put the dynamic link library file (dll) so that the tool can use this .ami algorithm during translation. I tried by putting this dll files into the cadence installation folder inside bin but not working. Please share your experience and any ideas regarding how to proceed with the ami (ibis 5) model to dml conversion in cadence Allegro.
