Details:
Join ANSYS for a free hands-on âLunch & Learnâ workshop focusing on the
fundamentals of PCB power integrity simulation using the SIwave
electromagnetic field solver. Learn how to apply SIwave to DC and power
distribution (PDN) design in high-speed printed circuit boards (PCB) and
discover how simulation can quickly identify potential power integrity
problems.
Two products will be covered in this session: ANSYS SIwave DC and ANSYS
SIwave PI.
This seminar will include âhands-onâ exercises to demonstrate how to:
Determine DC path resistance from IC to VRM/IC
Analyze DC voltage drop from VRM to all devices on the PCB
Visualize DC current across the board
Analyze and control board resonances
Ensure Impedance profiles meet performance targets
Optimize PDN decoupling capacitors scheme
Cost:
Free (space is limited)
Lunch Provided
