Not knowing your specific application I have to ask - Phase noise or jitter?
Jitter and phase noise are essentially Time and Frequency domain
representations of the same thing. Most jitter measuring equipment, mostly
oscilloscopes, can convert to phase noise, or you can calculate it from the
data.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Phase Noise Measurment

Hi,
We have requirements of measuring Phase Noise of multi port PLLs (100 Pcs in a
weeks time).
Do any of you have suggestion on  measurement technique ?
Although we have one Phase Noise measurement equipment but it has only one
channel.
I am looking for multi channel equipment or any other out of box suggestion to
quickly measure Phase noise

Regards
Ashish
