Hi Madhusudhan,
For the single wire, one can use the formula for impedance as R+ j (w L - 1/(w
C)), here j is sqrt(-1), w is angular frequency. The formula for RLC is given
in the paper already sent to you. For two and more wires the mutual inductance
and capacitance have to be considered. The problem becomes complex with
coupling effects. .
