"Integrity Issues and Printed Circuit Board Design" by Douglas Brooks
this is a more comprehensive book:
"Signal and Power Integrity - Simplified" by Eric Bogatin
and this is a more difficult book than the 2 books above:
"A Signal Integrity Engineer's Companion" by Geoff Lawday, etc
