Also consider impedance variation of your mother board and add -in
card, back plane connector while simulating your channel...Normally 10%
impedance variation will be there...To meet return loss, concentrate on
impedance..to meet insertion loss spec,concentrate on material loss,trace
width...Don't use skinny traces ...
