Hello all,

To clarify, I am looking for a tool to extract a PCB layout and allow the user
to simulate the actual traces.

I'm not sure it exists in a low cost tool though. I may end up trying to make
the extraction tool myself to generate a spice netlist that I could simulate in
some other tool like LTSpice.

I appreciate the suggestions so far, thank you all.

Best,
Brendan
