Cody,
the LT1395 from Linear Technology almost gets you there. It's a Current
Feedback op amp that will operate with +/-5V rails. The GBP is 400 MHz. It
is tame and easy to use.

Analog Devices makes some very fast op amps that run with 12 volts
rail-to-rail. One Current Feedback op amp I have used with good results is
the AD8009. Analog Devices has some very fast Voltage Feedback, unity gain
stable op amps in this GBP range. I have not used any of those.
