Nope, apparently they are all like that.  My copy came from "Pearson Higher
Education * Prentice Hall Direct" (or so the invoice claims) and it's black
& white only, as reported below.  What do you want for $85.71?  ;-)  

To be fair, it appears that most of the recent pubs are B&W-only including
works by Johnson, Granberg, Young, Hall, Thierauf, Martens, and Wartenberg,
which spans Prentice Hall, Wiley, McGraw Hill, Kluwer, and Artech House.
Lee Ritchey's "Right The First Time" is the only (recent) text with any
color (that I know of).
