Nancy-

All you need to do is place a large (say 10 Megohm or 100 Megohm)
resistor from node 3 to ground (node 0). This will make Hspice happy
by creating a DC path and not effect the results of your simulation.

I _think_ there is some option you can specify in Hspice to make this
happen automatically, but don't have the details handy at the moment.
