Mansook,

Depends on the trace width, loss tangent of the laminate and noise
tolerance of the receiver.

The only way to get an accurate answer is with a good simulation tool of
which there are several available.

If you don't want to invest in these tools, there are several companies
whose principals are on this list that can do this analysis for you.
