I am personally motivated (and so does the company) to fill this =
position soon.
If you feel you are a little more senior than the position descript, I =
still would like to hear from you. I can adjust the level based on your =
experiences.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Job Opening at 3PARData Inc

I have a mid-level SI engineer opening at my group. Please reply with =

=3D

About 3PARData Inc
=3D20
3PAR is the leading provider of Utility Storage, a simple, efficient and =
=3D
scalable tiered-storage array for utility computing that lets customers =
=3D
serve more with less. Whether you choose a Fibre Channel or IP-based =3D
storage network, 3PAR Utility Storage can cut an organization's Total =
=3D
Cost of Data by 50%. Capacity and related costs can be cut up to 75% =3D
while storage administration and associated expenses can be reduced up =
=3D
to 90%.=3D20

3PAR Utility Storage is ideal for open systems storage consolidation, =
=3D
integrated data lifecycle management and performance-intensive =3D
applications.
=3D20
-------------------------------------------------------------------------=
=3D

On a more personal level, I do believe there are lots of talents in the =
=3D
Silicon valley or in this country. I don't believe in out sourcing SI =
=3D
work and my company will back me up on that. There are not that many =3D
places where big irons are design and made from scratch anymore. We are =
=3D
in a market that is large enough to allow us to pursuit that. However, =
=3D
we are small enough an organization for you to get your hands on =3D
anything from chip design to multi-rack tetra-bit systems if you are =3D
willing to put an effort to do it. I look forward to learn and grow in =
=3D
this forever interesting SI field with you.=3D20
