You might be able to find one here: https://ibis.org/models/ . This is really ;
an old modeling capability that was introduced in 1999:

Subject: [SI-LIST] IBIS model
Hello IBIS model Experts!
I am looking into the "DRIVER SHEDULE" feature that was added in IBIS Ver 3.2.
This is a pre-emphasis feature for digital data transmission.
I am looking for an IBIS model that implements this feature.
I understand that some device vendors limit the distribution to a few users.
Does anyone know of a device manufacturer that distributes samples of this IBIS
model to the public?
Best Regards,
