1) The presence or absence of data is not an indication of what the model maker
did to
validate their model.
2) The [Ramp] keyword is required regardless of whether V-t tables exist or not
(see pg. 104
in the v7.2 IBIS specification).

As we know in IBIS model the switching transition is specified by a Ramp
keyword or by the Rising waveform and Falling waveform,
I have a query regarding [Ramp] data in IBIS,
1. If this VT waveforms are included by model creator then can I say that
the model was not validated using [Ramp] data?
1. Ramp keyword is still required even if rising and falling table exist?
