Deepak,
The SI_List email reflector does not support attachments, or embedded images
in the email text, so I can't see your I-V curve. But if you see sudden jumps
in
their shape, chances are that your buffer is switching states while you are
measuring
its I-V curve(s). This usually is not a good sign, and the model may not be
correct.
I hope this helps,
Arpad

Subject: [SI-LIST] IBIS Model: Unstable STEP portion in the Pull-up & Pull-down
I-V curves
Hi Experts,
I have IBIS model whose Pull-up & Pull-down I-V curves doesn't exhibits proper
stable characteristics. There is an unstable STEP portion in the I-V curve.
I have attached snapshot of the I-V curves below.
Pullup I-V curve >

Pulldown I-V curve >

Will this have impact on the SI & PI simulations results? what are the causes &
effects, if any. Can ignore?
How to overcome this situation?
Appreciate your comments & view on this.
Thanks in advance!
