William, If you can get SPICE models from the vendor then you can probably use s2ibis3 (or similar tool) to make an IBIS file. If you can get parts of (preferably) known process corner then you can pay someone like Tom Dagostino to measure the part and make an IBIS file from that.=20 Beyond that, it might be sufficient to take a good guess at the characteristics of the part and grab pin models from other parts of the same or similar technology. For example, if you know that the part has DDR interface, you can get a DDR I/O buffer model from a variety of other IBIS files. You can make a pin list from the datasheet of the part to be modeled.
