Hello Tadashi, The RLC matrix is available right from Q3D. Ask the vendor if they have not supplied it with the spice deck. And it seems to be able to calculate the off-diagonal part of L matrix from K-elements; Lij = Kij * SQRT(Lii * Ljj). But how to handle the F-elements? That is my question.
