Dan,

Do you have sufficient time domain simulation time? 1/T = delta_f, so
try to play with simulation time such that delta_f is <= the touchstone
delta_f.

thanks for your reply. It is the touchstone file from simulation
tool.The
s-parameter fileis correct since i am getting correct insertion loss and
return loss. Can i get any reference hspice deck so that I can compare
it
with what i have created.
