Hi All,
Measurement and procedural errors at EMC (and other) test labs can cost
your company a lot! Some of the errors are egregious and others (more
common ones) are worth a few dB to 6 dB typically. These are easy to
spot by anyone viewing the test (no special training needed) so I wonder
why these mistakes are made. So.....
Tomorrow at 09:30 Pacific Daylight time, I am going to present a free 30
minute webinar on EMC Lab Test lab errors. Anyone may attend by clicking
on the link below. If you want to attend, be sure to start the joining
process 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time to download the GoToMeeting
app if this is your first time. Be prepared to take notes for the parts
that apply to your product.
We will start at 09:30 sharp. My GoToMeeting account will handle up to
25 computers, so the first 25 are in. I encourage people to meet in
groups using a single computer. If there is sufficient demand, I will
hold a second session. The intended audience for this engineers who are
responsible for a design and getting it through EMC testing and
secondarily EMC lab test engineers.
