I have tried Hittite, but they have only single ended distribution amps.
I know similar ICs but all specs are not met at once.
Inphi : 1012VA --- DC-10GHz
Anritsu : SG1G23P---DC-14GHz, 24dB Gain, Limiting Amp.
GigOptix : iT3042D---DC-28GHz, 28dB Gain, Limiting Amp.
Triquint : TGA4830----DC-45GHz, 13dB Gain, Single Ended
Most of high speed wide band defferential amplifiers are limiting
amplifier.
And the others are single ended.
Anyway, I'll continue to try more.
