Hello Stephanie,
in our company presentation there is a example of a DDR3 Connector
characterization.
The -3dB is already at 9GHz (but this is a DIMM, not a SO-DIMM).
But from what I remember the SO-DIMM was not really better.

As this should be no advertisement it is quite good, that the SI-list
filters the attachement, so only Stephanie will get it.
All others who are interested will need to download it manually    ;-)
