According to the JEDEC Standard 21C document, the spec for DDR3 240pin
connector insertion loss is:
< -0.8dB below 2.5 GHz, <-1.2dB 2.5GHz to 3.5GHz, and <-2.5 dB from
3.5GHz to 5GHz

Dear All,
It all depends on model from vendors designs. -3dB frequency will be
12.5GHz to 15GHz Range basis on my experience.
Regards,
Robert

Subject: [SI-LIST] DIMM-connector frequency characterization info?

Do any of you know where I can find frequency characterization
information for the connectors for DDR2 and DDR3 SO-DIMM modules?
Something like a -3dB frequency would be very helpful.

thanks,
Stephanie
